What is your turnaround time for custom apparel?

Standard production is typically 7 to 10 business days after proof approval and payment. Complex jobs or large quantities may take longer. Rush order printing is available on request.

Yes — when capacity allows. Let us know your in-hands date and we’ll quote expedited production and shipping options.

We ship both locally and nationwide with tracking for a small fee. Local pickup is available — just let us know at the time of ordering.

What artwork files do you accept?

Best results come from vector files such as AI, EPS, or PDF with curves. High-resolution raster files like PNG, TIFF, or PSD at 300 DPI also work. If needed, we offer art build, cleanup, and vectorization.

Yes — Pantone color matching is available for screen printing and embroidery thread. For DTF, we’ll get as close as the process allows and provide digital proofs for your approval.

Our in-house design team can turn your idea, sketch, or reference into production-ready artwork, including logo recreation, type layout, and mockups.

How should I wash custom printed shirts?

Wash inside-out on a cold, gentle cycle and tumble dry low or hang dry. Avoid bleach and never iron directly on the print or embroidery.

We accept major credit and debit cards, cash, and ACH transfers. Purchase orders are accepted for approved accounts. Sales tax applies where required.
